  • How do we pay you and when?
    We require full payment in advance and at the time of booking. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or credit / debit card on line. We will send a link upon booking with full information on how to pay.
  • What if there is no 4G or WiFi coverage at the venue?
    A good streaming connection depends on the various phone networks and other factors such as the topography and the building's density. In towns and cities we rarely encounter any issues however in areas of remote coverage we are fully prepared. Full checks are completed prior to the stream on all network providers and our system allows us to bond signals together to create a strong signal. In very extreme locations, sometimes the only solution is use Starlink satellite in the grounds of the venue. This is a service we offer at no additional cost. It provides a connection when 4G is poor or lacking but as its a third party solution we cannot provide a 100% guarantee for this service. If you are concerned, we can also conduct a technical site visit to accurately determine the cellular connection but this is an additional charge. In the unlikely event that we are unable to stream part or all of the service, we upload the recording to the private webpage at our earliest opportunity.
  • Do you stream/film interments / burials as well as the main service?
    Yes we can do this for you. We are able to offer graveside coverage and indeed provide a fully mobile service
  • How do we watch the live stream?
    We create a page on our website and send you (the client) the login details - see here for an example On this page you will see your loved one's name and the live video window. There will be further instructions on this page for viewing. Please note we do not honour any third party requests for the live link from anyone other than the client or the funeral director. If the live stream has finished, an archive version will be available within a few hours on the same link. This link will be available for 30 days
  • Can we watch it online after the event?
    Yes. The memorial page created for the funeral will stay on our site for a minimum of 30 days. We can also provide a copy of the service on USB or DVD, please ask for details.
  • Can you stream in a Crematorium?
    Yes but we need at least 10 minutes in the room prior to the service and approx 5 minutes afterwards.
  • How does your service differ from the Crematorium's live offering?

  • Will you need any extra sound or lighting?
    Good audio capture is very important for a high quality stream and a premium viewing experience We provide small and discreet radio microphones for the ceremony conductor, readings and musicians (subject to package)
  • Can we watch the stream on a mobile device?
    Yes the stream can be watched on any device as long as you have the private web address we provide.
  • How do we know that the public are not watching the stream?
    The live stream is locked down to your loved ones page on our website. Only people with the link we provide you for that page can view the broadcast.
  • We don't want grieving relatives on camera, how do you handle this?
    To be as unobtrusive as possible, we film from the rear of the venue. We would normally start the filming/stream around 15 minutes before the start of the service. We film the person leading the service and anyone giving eulogies, readings etc. Please speak to the cameraman on the day or contact us in advance if you have any specific requests or concerns.
  • Can you supply a copy on DVD?
    DVD's are available at additional cost - please ask for details
  • Do you have Terms & Conditons we can read?
    Yes you can read them here. They apply to all services booked with us.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We cover the whole of the UK
  • Are we allowed to play any music we like during the service?
    Yes you are. We have a PRS music licence which allows us to broadcast any published music online.
